Walking up to the guard, you call out a greeting and he replies with an equally hearty one.

"How may i help you, sirs?"

"Oh, we wanted to get some directions around this city."

"Not a problem. To the west," he points down the west with his halberd, "is the Flaming Knight Tavern. There you can get a bit o' drink and meat, and also hear the lastest news in the region. Down the east," he swivels his halberd around, "is where the royal castle of Pendragon Keep is. There is a magnificent library and exquisite painting gallery there that you may want to visit sometime."
